SHIPPING

We provide complimentary insured shipping on every order within the US. Your order will require a signature for delivery, so please be sure that an adult is home to receive your order. UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times before it is sent back to us. If your package is sent back to us and needs to be shipped a second time, a flat $75 shipping fee will apply.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT fees, or other import taxes, depending on the country. Buyers are responsible for all such costs, so please be aware of your country's policies on imported goods before placing your order.

International orders may experience longer wait times while they clear customs in their destination country. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond our control.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

All Hera rings are custom made to order. Please allow up to ten weeks for production. This gives us adequate time to cut your stone; cast and set your ring; and triple-check it against our heirloom quality standards before we send it to you. 

If you need your ring more quickly, please contact us before placing an order. Depending on our production queue, we might be able to rush your order. Additional fees may apply.
